Noma’s residency at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo

Rene Redzepi’s two star Michelin restaurant Noma, voted consistently as Best Restaurant for many years, has collaborated with the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo for 5 weeks.

To serve their special Winter Menu, 14 different Japanese artists have produced the tableware, with custom made furniture from Carl Hansen & Son. All products are now on sale on the Noma pop up web store, many of the items are sold out but there are still some available.

Noma

I love the thought and planning that has gone into this project. Bringing one of the best restaurants in the world to Tokyo, marrying it with classic Scandinavian furniture and beautiful Japanese pottery, what a wonderful dining experience.
