Tuesday being Fettisdagen or Fat Tuesday, all of Sweden eats Semla, the traditional rich bun filled with sweet almond paste and cream and cardamom. This year the famous Tosse bakery in Stockholm has come out with a new version of the bun, a semmelwrap. All pure deliciousness wrapped up and ready to go in a wrap! Definitely a hit with the family!
